Flex/Flash/PHP Development

This bid is an intent to form a long term coding partnership. I need a coder who is well rounded above all else. I am building a team to develop multiple rich web applications. About me: I am a game developer. My focus is on dynamic real time software. I prefer functional programming paradigms, and often speak in those terms. I am a highly abstract person, and spend most of my time creating tasks. About you: I need you to delegate the tasks I create. If at all possible, you will be the person to program the code and make the web site, but you have your limits and I expect to hire others to perform the more specialized tasks like art generation, code optimization, heavy math, etc. What this means is that you have a strong familiarity with: Adobe Flex Flash Actionscript 2.0 or 3.0 + PHP and CSS I'll provide a bonus for any project that you can also port to the Android platform, though expertise in that area is not strictly necessary yet. Here's the job. I need you to prove to me that you can take a simple game project from start to finish. You need to create a PHP based web-site that says something stupid like "hello," and has a chatbox where we will discuss our first REAL project. Alongside the chatbox should be a couple balls or boxes that we can click and drag. Again, nothing fancy - but it needs to be interactive. What I do you should see, and vice versa. Your goal is to prove that you can work efficiently, and integrate different products to create an interactive experience thats relatively lag free and reliable. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
