oscommerce internal sales function

I am using oscommerce for my site and need to add these 2 functions to it. 1) Internal sales order processing - I want my sales people to enter all their sales order online when they have sales order and on behalf of customers. For example: salesman Joe enter sales order for customer XYZ, his shipping address, quantity,etc. .. just similar to what a customer would do. Only difference is that Salesman Joe will do all the work and when he finishes the order, he needs to email to Customer for Review,Confirmation and Payment. In addtion, Salesman Joe will get a commission since this is his customer and he made the deal or sales order. I would like to add this function on my site called "Internal Sales" or "PCMCN Salesman section". 2) Return Merchandise Form - create a form so my resellers can fill in info such Name, Email address, Product Number, Condition of product, location, date and Quantity when they return products to me. Next, whenever I receive any Return Merchandise Form from my reseller, I need to send email to him so he knows I received it, and CC to other relevant departments in my company ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform php
