Recurring Credit Card Processing Webpage using PHP

I need a credit card processing payment form coded in PHP for my website. It must processing recurring payments. The payment form will be based on an existing checkout payment webpage I already have coded. This existing page will need to be customized to fit a new graphics/color scheme. You can currently see this existing page at [login to view URL] This page must to modified to bill an order $1.95 instantly and then $12.95 every 30 days after, unless cancelled. This recurring payment system CAN NOT FAIL, EVER. It has to be as reliable as physically possible. It also must record all order info into a mySQL database. I will need to have a web administration control panel to view all my orders, see all live recurring orders, payment history, etc. I must be able to cancel recurring orders from this control panel. The order system must also send out confirmation emails to myself and my buyer once the order is initially placed and billed $1.95. Then daily I must receive a batch email containing all recurring charges that have taken place for that day. In this email must be a list of all orders for that day contain each orders order # and all shipping info. If no orders were processed, then the email will say "No recurring charges happened on 'date'." **Note, this batch email is only to list the "recurring" charges. All initial orders will send me a confirmation email individually when they happen. The credit cards will be processed through the ECHO payment gateway (more info at <[login to view URL]>). The core of the payment processing and checkout page will be based on the existing payment page I already have coded. It will just need minor customization. THen I will need the recurring module coded. That's the bulk of the work. The ideal candidate for this job is someone who has lots of experience coding ecommerce websites, real time credit card processing, PHP expert, payment/checkout pages, or shopping carts.
