Seeking AutoCAD ADT or ABS Guru to convert plans

Good day! Thank you for looking at my project and participating in the bidding process. This project may result in a long term relationship with coder. Our company delivers AutoCAD services and is in high demand with no end in sight. We cater to Architects, Engineers and unlike many, we cater to the average homeowner seeking house plans or drawings of any type. Do you have AutoCAD 2002 ADT experience or better? If not, please do not bid. We will consider providing the remote desktop info using our software for after hours use if your bid acceptable. Make note of it when bidding. You can request the 30 day trial software from AutoDesk.com. For all home designs, I want all my CAD products to be AutoCAD ADT (Architectural DeskTop) or ABS (AutoCAD Building Systems). We prefer our work to be in the 2002 format since many of our customers use that realease, but 2004 thru 2007 is also acceptable. Coders that can render utilizing Viz Render are preferred, but budgets control our bid acceptance. IMPORTANT, objects that are not ADT objects must be converted to to mesh with the models created. In other words, simple blocks may not interact with the model, converting them to AEC objects will do so smoothly. I will either provide coder 2D CAD files or a full set of pdf files or images to work from. I am seeking coders with the ability to read blueprints or CAD files and generate a 3D ADT model based on design and text information. In a nutshell, create a model with information given. Coder must know how to create wall styles and various other styles that are not furnished with AutoCAD when the needs arise. I need the ability to effortless change a stud wall style to concrete with simple selection. Attached is a project for bidding purposes only. It has all the required information for the model and actual construction. If bid is acceptable, I may decide to have it done as the first project. ## Deliverables 1) Attached drawings are the property of [login to view URL], considered proprietary, and shall not be reproduced, copied, lent or disposed of directly or indirectly. It shall not be used for any other purpose than for which it was specifically furnished, except by written permission of CADOperators.com. 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 4) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
