Social Wifi configuring radius server or Authpuppy - Repost - open to bidding

Hi i cant find applications on the internet i can use in my own environment. The application have to be a bit the same as written in de message here under. I need an application i can run on a router, but i find out on the internet that most of these applications work with an external server (radius server Authpuppy etc) So i think if I've got a modulation for Authpuppy or a script on a radius server its also good than i can use a router with DD-WRT or another environment. What want: - A WiFi hotspot whit only a Facebook checkin as authentication for free internet (controled bandwidth) - Redirect to picture or site with a commercial, after that they may use internet. For me it doesn't care what combination, but the best is if i can do it all on one router. If its on a radius or Authpuppy server or something els than it also have to be possible to make different pages with logon for different locations with different logo and commercials. We want to provide free WIFI access for guests in exchange for an email address or 'like' on the restaurant's facebook page. For example: My customer has a restaurant. We want to install an access point where his guests can login to surf the web. But, prior to their access, they must ‘like’ his facebook page or fill-in their email. (see attachment) When the guest chose to login with facebook, he must ‘like’ the restaurant’s FB page and a post to his wall appears to say he’s sitting in that restaurant now. (or whatever message) On the second visit, or with another device the guest can login with facebook without liking the page again. When the guest chose to login with email, his email must be added to our email database which we manage for the restaurant. We use these sign-up forms. I suppose you would go for a solution like wifidog, something based upon chillispot or open wrt. If you accept this project: I would like to receive an estimate of the total price, an end-date. The 2 thing that are most important to me is good communication and reliability. Cut the complete project in 3 or 4 stages with a price per stage. In this way we both can evaluate the project and continue when all things work out as they should.
