APNIC Solutions recruiting again: Flash Developers & Content Writers

Dear Developers, We have previously posted two bulletin board articles: [[login to view URL]][1] <[login to view URL]> Again, we've had a good response to this and taken on a number of developers. We are now looking for specific jobs to be completed. We will be looking for a long term relationship with the developer to whom these jobs are awarded. We are primarily looking for developers who can speak and write fluent and professionally spoken english. "Above average" and English that just doesn't look right or read like professional English won't be considered unfortunately. I have made some resources available on our webserver that should help potential candidates assess whether they are suitable for the jobs or not. ## Deliverables FLASH DEVELOPERS: Take a look at the zips: [[login to view URL]][2] These are some simulators that have been previously developed. You *will* need to: a) be able to make big modifications to these, understand exactly how they all work and be able to work with them b) develop similar simulators/games based on other topics, such as Linux, Forensics, Windows kernel structure. So basically, for this job you need to be: a) Adept at Flash, able to work with the examples. b) Have a good general technical knowledge, or be proficient enough to find what you need in the right places. CONTENT DEVELOPERS: Take a look at the material at: [[login to view URL]][3] We require a number of courses to be developed, these are CEH, CHFI and CISSP courses. For this, both your English and technical competence will need to be excellent. We are writing material that is to train security professionals - you can understand the need for top quality material. The CEH [login to view URL] is pretty self explainatory. The CHFI objectives can be found in [login to view URL] along with some useful resources for CHFI, and CISSP objectives can be found in the [login to view URL] is an EXAMPLE course that was developed previously, so you can see the kind of course we are looking to develop. Your course MUST be inline with the objectives document. As I hope you can appreciate, you will need to fully understand every item listed in the objectives document for the course or part of a course that you are interested in. NEWSGROUP WRITERS: We need a few relatively proficient individuals to post to security/internet/networking related newsgroups. Again, excellent and professional English is critical. NOTE: Multiple skillsets and background knowledge is a big bonus. Key Information: - The most important prerequisite is that the developers we hire are reliable and efficient. Emails should be responded to within hours and NOT days. Tasks should be completed by the agreed time with no excuses except of course in extenuating circumstances. - We do pay well and we pay quickly because we value the developers that we have and want to keep them on board. If you don't meet the standard though, you won't get on board. I can not reiterate enough that we need good and reliable workers. - Age/Sex/History is not an issue. If you can work to the standard, then you're on board however a good solid history showing good understanding of subject areas will be a bonus. - You must have access to an Instant Messenger (Yahoo or MSN Messenger). You must also be online for a good amount throughout the day (1 - 6 hours).
