Product Rating Site

I need a website designed/devolped that will be a rating site. I want this to be an almost extact copy of www.ratebeer.com. I want to start a rating site for a specific food item similar to ratebeer.com. I want it to be self running with all content added or created by users. I would like to make money with advertising so attention has to be paid to banner ads and Google AdSense. I would like people to be able to sign up, create profiles, add new "places", ad ratings based on a certain criteria (plus add a short text review), track ratings by individuals, ect. I would like it to have the social interaction of typical Web 2.0 stuff...allow people to form groups, friends ect. I would like the entire website to keep track of itself so that people can search items by revelance...best this, best that, closest to me home..ect. I will reveal the item to be "rated" to the chosen developer.
