Update fCMSPro to the latest version +fix problem URGENT

Hello, one of my clients has a website built with fCMSPro from flashloaded.com. The website is not working for some reason (the flash movie is not loading in the html). I suspect it has to do with the fact that the website was built in 2007 and may not be compatible with the latest php??? i dont really know. I need someone with previous experience with fCMSPRo that can upgrade from version 1.1 to version 1.3 and fix the site. Fixing the site i suspect will not take more than half an hour, cause the problem is trivial.
