UI designer for website wireframe mockup creation

Looking for a good UI designer to help create wireframes for the site. A key part of the site will be creating a process where people can simply and quickly list properties, use a floor plan designer etc. We will work collaboratively using the [login to view URL] to store the wireframes, chat online and just work through the design. I have no specific deliverables. I want to give an idea of what I want to achieve, you mock it up and I review. If early signs are the relationship works well we continue and I pay for your time spent. If not, you will be paid for whatever hours spent at the agreed rate. My project is quite large and too much to do with just a designer, coder so there is good long term work here. I've used RAC/Vworker for around 10 years so you can be sure of a professional attitude to the work.
