Video Wordpress(or other cms) Template

I need a wordpress theme that functions very similarly to worldstarhiphop. Here are the needs: -homepage with grid of videos -video thumbnails that are just images, I don't want people to be able to play videos directly from the home page -disqus integration -simple lay out, most of the pre-made video website themes are too busy, I want one that is bare bones like worldstarhiphop -Link to next page of videos at the bottom of each page -I do not plan on hosting my own videos, but a way to embed youtube videos, and possibly other website's videos, through a native video player rather than the default youtube embed would be a plus, for example: [login to view URL] This feature is not 100% needed, but would be a great plus. -A view counter on the video pages (reflecting pageviews rather than the number of views the embed video has), it would be a great plus to have this under the the links to videos on the homepage to the videos as well, not 100% needed
