Create / Customise a fully responsive Wordpress Template for a UK Estate Agent -- 2

The WordPress website must be compatible and fully responsive with all modern web browsers on both desktop PCs, Mac and all mobile devices – including smartphones and tablets. Page designs are to be provided and supplied as adobe illustrator pages, along with supporting notes for each area to assist with key functionality. The website MUST match the design provided. The website must be fully manageable by the client, with the ability to ‘drag and drop’ elements onto the pages incorporating a visual page editor. The website will have a homepage featuring a customized slider, containing text, image and a graphic that would re-size, dependent on screen size. The homepage will feature an opening times graphic – that will appear only when we are open. All pages will have a social share plugin. The website will also include a custom savings calculator. This must work and match the design supplied exactly and will work on the following formula: Enter selling price (£) x percentage (choose from drop down) + VAT This will reveal a total price based on the above formula. Then, the same price would appear based on using us. The user will have the option to ‘share’ this saving via social media. The site will also need to integrate and display an incoming API property feed and will feature a basic custom map / gallery view of the properties. All code and instructions and access to test data are available for this. The development will commence on a ‘test server’ belonging to the supplier. The supplier will give access and ask the client any questions, or request any graphics or outstanding page designs required to help with populating the pages and to help to avoid delays or misunderstandings in terms of the page templates or clients expectations. Once the website has been fully tested and approved in writing by the client, the client will provide the supplier with FTP access to transfer and migrate over the full website, code and all supporting databases ensuring all pages and plugins are working correctly. The user toolkit to be developed will include the additional functionality and features: • A bespoke Savings Calculator – with ability to edit formulas • Vebra Alto API property feed Integration into the site • Social sharing of potential user saving results • Custom opening hours banner with ability to edit times and images • A custom property google map with custom map pins • Property Search page • Side bar menus • Google analytics set up • A professional blog / news section • Customised / styled forms / buttons with captcha option • Social media integration and social page sharing on each page • Set up of a database / website backup tool • Page & file Caching/compression, database optimization • [login to view URL] and .htaccess files setup and configured properly • SEO Metatags set up, config and SEO friendly URLs • Appropriate sitemap • Set up re-direction to avoid 404 errors • Support to iron out and fix any bugs or errors on the website once transferred. • Custom Favicon icon • Custom homepage editable ‘quicklinks’ The tooklit will allow for easy creation of fully customised buttons / rollovers, and will use a visual page composer, custom page menus, and will allow for setting tables, tabs and toggles, accordians, setting contact forms, responsive slider control, Cookies panel, icon creator. Some page visuals will be provided at the next stage of selecting a freelancer. Timescales are strictly 2 weeks to deliver the finished site.
