Custom Directory of people with custom fields and upload (backend/frontend) neded

I need custom directory with custom fields and image upload. There are 2 directories: 1. 6 customs fields + possibility to add more 2. 6 custom fields + possibility to add more and multiple selections in field Search functionality and functionality to upload image of people. It should match current theme and search functionality would be in front end of site This is fairly simple one. Write "123" in bid if you read everything, more details in PM.
