Modify site - winner will have opportunity for additional project

Modify a current mobile responsive site which needs completion work done. The desktop version of the site is complete and only the mobile site needs finishing touches to complete correct display. Mobile design will be based off of desktop and full control will be given. Estimate this to take >3 hours. Winner of this project will be given opportunity to consider another small project that will take less than 5 hours. Additional work with more responsibilities possible based on performance.
