Need an experienced OScommerce, PHP, XHTML. Coder to work with on multiple projects

Hi, I need an all round developer or developers who have very good communication, hard working, professional, sticks to deadlines, good attention to detail and who can provide technical advice during projects. Background I run a small web deign company based in the UK. The projects I have are mainly small information sites and portfolios sites to large highly customised OScommerce based e-commerce shops. My Role I will provide project management at all stages including providing detailed project specifications, client communications, any help/information you need during projects and help in testing the finished project and managing the amendments stage. I will also provide all design guide layouts in order for the site to be built. Your Role I need an individual or group of freelancers to work on web projects on a regular basis (1-2 projects a month).
