Need Flash or Java web snippet to take screenshot and upload to server

I need a snippet that takes a screenshot of my desktop from a webform and send it to my server (containing some parameters such as user id). The workflow is as following: 1. I am on my website and click on a button/link 2. that link takes a screenshot of my desktop (can be flash, Java or whatever technically possible - ideally without the need for a plugin) 3. that screenshot is uploaded to my server. the file name has a specific format and contains the user id and some other specifics. Budget is $75 and this project needs to be done in 3 days.
