Teach Me How To Setup Private Socks Proxies On My Server

I need someone to write me a tutorial on how to setup private proxies on my dedicated server. ## Deliverables I have a linux server running CentOS, no control panel and I have a full c-block of ips assigned to my server (254 ips).
