Fixing Joomla Template

We have finished web design (PSD in layers) which is transferred in JOOMLA 1.5 template. We are looking for JOOMLA expert able to complete our project of website. - Experience, online availability, speed and precision will be awarded. - We will provide detailed user request and all the help from our side. - Also we are working on a budget here. We have following things already done - finished web design (PSD in layers 100% complete) - partially done joomla template available here (data dot [login to view URL] - original design attached) We need following modules: - rendering user added text over main picture/gallery (we want to be able to upload pictures and text separatly) - breadcrumb to be instead of current headline (shown as headline but to have breadcrumb function) - two language support (not google translate - then full multilingual system) Also we need small corrections (font rendering, image croping, rollover and hoover to be 100% good and design like...etc.) regarding 100% or so completness to design template Project is fairy simple and we have deadline next week.
