Car show and rating script

Hi in this script I want: A place where people can send pictures of there nice cars for people to see and rate: Admin page: with my private username and password I want to see all the members, also need to able to edit everything and delete members if I want to. Signup: After a life member ship fees are paid, I need a signup page. In that sign up page I need the people to have a form with Username/country/province/age/email. Also if username taken alert that they need to choose another one. After they enter all in the script they will receive email with password for the username they made to go log into the site. After once log in they will be able to make a page with this form: Brand and year of the car, mileage, they will be able to upload 4 pictures size 5x7 max 200kbs each so it won’t take all of site space and an optional text box so they can add a text. Also with there login they could edit password text and pictures if wanted in case they change car etc. In the script I need a login in button with a password forgot email, a search button to search by brand or make of car example: dodge/duster/corvette etc, the result of search would list like this: brand of car, username and province clickable to there page they made. Ok now in the page of the user we see: At the top 1 picture then at the bottom of it a next button to see the others. After bellow I need to see Username, Brand of car, province, age, rating of the car and a (rating box 1 to10 ) a (send email that page) and finally a (print that page). These last one people need to be signup to be able to rate send and print the car. In all time in the script at the right of all pages I need to always see a signup button a login box. Also show in a box last10 entries car and another box top 10 rated cars linkable to there page.
