PSD -> HTML an Infographics into a Wordpress site

WE ACCEPT ONLY RUSSIAN SPEAKING FREELANCERS, as our site is a medical tourism website targeted at Russian audience. Therefore, we need proficiency in its native language. Cut Infographics PSD into HTML and embed into a single Wordpress Post ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 1. Since CSS for infographics is unique ONLY to a specific page, the CSS code cannot be implemented into [login to view URL], but must be used in a separate file used only for this specific page. Freelancer must find a way to implement this CSS only for this page. 2. Testimonial box (at the bottom) should include an excerpt of the latest post in "Testimonials" Custom Post Type. ([login to view URL]) IMPORTANT: Should include excerpt-text, Name & City fields as shown in the Infographic PSD. 3. 3 small boxes at the top of the testimonial box represent: Video, Handwritten testimonial example and web quote. When cutting, please refer these links to 3 different HTML files which will open a fixed-sized, scroll-bar free popups which I will populate myself with an image (<img src="... tag), a Youtube video embed, or just a web quote. 4. All text should be in HTML (not an image) 5. "How To Come" part: The form doesn't need to be cut because it's ready-made and will be implemented by CF7 (Contact Form 7) plugin. The design you see in the PSD is already used on the website, so just leave a blank place for it in the HTML you cut; I will put the CF7 short-code that will invoke the form, myself. 6. Girl image is also a separate file which I will upload manually, as a part of the pages' Gallery. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS ======================= i. We need a CV of the freelancer. ii. We'll only review specific approach emails (not templated responses copied and pasted for all projects you bid on). iii. We need examples of previous Wordpress projects done by bidders.
