Magento Works , Magento Speed , Modules Create , and SEO

I have nearly 40,000 products on my magento , and my website is loading slow , specially when i view category products extra, i have tried using magento flat catlog & products, but when i turn flat catlog the category page are not loading, so i need this to be fixed, use magento flat catlog for catlog and products. Home page load less then 4 - 5 sec, but when i search a product or browse product its taking times nearly 10 sec - 20sec to load a page. need the magento to load fast and read and write data extra.. 2. Make my magento to load fast and respond fast. ( I have a good dedicated server with 128gb ram on it, so its surly good server) , i need a person to install and modify anything that needed for to make my website to load fast. 3. Magento search modification, i want the magento to search only first 100 letters from the product title, i don't want the magento to search anything else , or search more then 100 text on search, so i want this modification, this is because unwanted products are coming on search, and also search is taking too long to appear the results. 4. Document how i can change my table view of my post costs. 5. Create a module call "Call back" and i should be able to place this module on any pages ( next to product add to card ) i want, all this does is takes customer name, customer number, and a short message, and stores in admin panel, and i should be able to edit or delete those records is well , and admin should be able to leave a note on that request. 6. Customer quotation, I want a button on pages, and on product pages, and their will be a button call " Get a Quotation" ( next to product add to card ) and ajax should pop-up and get customer details and the product details , and store it in admin panel, and i should able to edit or delete those records, or leave a note inside that record. same functions as "Call Back" only different is few questions , and the name thats all . 7. One Page Checkout, so checkout i want it to be one page check out page. 8. On the product pages, i want to display social shares icons, to social networks. 9. Magento SEO, I want my magento site to be search engine optimised, and i need you to proof for me this works been dun, due to SEO is bit complicated. I need my website products all to be found by search engines . 10. Magento Auto switch currency, so if a person from uk goes to the website then all the products price will be in £ , and any europe customers , Euro, and all other country i want it to be USD. so you need to make the website to auto switch.
