Need bugs fixed and google reverse image search added to my scrip

I have a script that searches the search engines and finds pirated/infringing links of my client's products (i.e. mediafire, rapidshare, lumfile, etc). It's wordpress based, meaning the script is actually plugins. And it runs on cron. Each client has his own profile with the client's product(s), website, and keywords to search. I need to add functionality to the script to search Google Image Reverse - [login to view URL] I need to be able to put in all of the client's image urls, and have the script search google's image reverse to find any duplicates of those images. Then the script will return them. We will manually check to see if the image is indeed a copy/infringing, and mark each as "Infringing" and we will manually enter the email to send. I will allow serious bidders with great feedback to examine the plugins if he/she needs to. The script/plugins also has a few bugs that need fixed, and functionality added. So please quote me for the above addition as well as these features/fixes: 1) When sending out notices, I need the urls in the email hyperlinked. 2) The script doesn't return as many results when searching anymore. Perhaps Google's search has changed? I need this examined and fixed. 3) The script doesn't send out notices automatically anymore. Before all that we had to do was mark the url(s) as Infringing, and the script would know to send the notice out and mark it as Submitted. Now we have to manually mark the url(s) as Submitted, and then go and "Send Notice Again" to get the script to send out notices. So we need this fixed as well. Thank you!
