some modification in website

Hi, The freelancer will be good designer and developer and need it in 2 to 3 days . we need changes in this website [login to view URL] . I want to put together what the gift page will look like. For the top prize we want to show a picture of a car and below that we want to put the make of the car and below that the words "Specifications and Price" For the runner-up prizes, we want to show a picture o a laptop and a picture of a smartphone. For the prizes for the 15th of the month, we want to show a game console, a laptop and a car. For the anniversary prize, we want to show a picture of a car. Also on the Cloud Surfer page only, I would like a picture of a cloud background with someone surfing in the cloud and written on the surf board, I am a Cloud Surfer. The following text will go at the bottom of the gift page. The top prize will be awarded to the person that refers the most people to The Cloud Chat App at the end of each month. The runner-up prize will be awarded to the persons with the second and third most referrals. A Cloud Surfer who chose to have their name and profile picture displayed on the Cloud Surfer Page will be randomly selected and awarded one of 3 gifts on the 15th of every month. Our anniversary gift goes to the Cloud Surfer who refers the most people to The Cloud Chat App for the year. Prizes awarded will not include taxes nor freight. All charges relating to the receipt of the gift is the responsibility of the winner.
