Implement Fitness Website from supplied designs

Hi, My client runs a fitness centre. Her website needs to be setup so she can change the text on all pages from a rich content editor in an admin area. I have attached the design of the homepage as an example of the design. They want the header all the way to the white area to be done in flash. Obviously the home page welcome text and each of the following pages would need to be able to be edited in the admin area, along with the news/event articles. In the news/event articles, she needs to input the small "thumbnail" text and the main content when they go to more info, she needs to be able to upload and insert images into the content. This will be the same on other pages except the contact and welcome/home page. She needs to be able to have people add their names into the newsletter (if we can use Interspire Email Marketer) to integrate that if possible, or create something that allows her to do something similar. This needs to be integrated into the admin area, rather than having it's own amin area. There will be 1 page for the contact details with a Google map and contact form etc, 1 for the about us, a page that will have the 5 programs listed with a little info on each, and 1 for each of the 5 different programs shwith detailed info. All the info for the small "thumbnail" text for each, and for the detailed info, needs to be in a database so she can edit it through the admin area. Each program has various activities/sessions which fit under the programs, but each session or activity has a limit on how many people can be in that session and the numbers may vary depending on the activity. She needs to be able to put in what time these activities run as a weekly schedule (the activities are the same each week at the same times), and also the cost for each sessions (they vary). On each of the detail pages, it needs to have an enquire now button which goes to/shows an enquiry form where they can request more info about that program. They also need an enrol now button where they book in for the sessions they want if there is a position available. It then takes them to a form which they need to complete and then a payment page where they pay for the program via PayPal. It will create a password for them which allows them to login and see what sessions they are booked in for, and if they can't make a session, they can see what other sessions there is a vacany in and change to that. It needs to email them their payment and login details, as well as email reminders the day before each of their sessions. The enrolment pages also need to have a button where they can download the form as a PDF and print it out and fax/post it. Through the admin area, my client needs to be able to input these people into the sessions and change people in sessions. She also has an online program she wants to run where people pay a yearly subscription and get access to a special online members training site. This means there are 2 types of members, and when people login, it needs to work out what type of member they are, and either take them to the online members area or the sessions "calendar" to view/change their sessions. The actual online member site we will work build with whoever wins this project, but this won't begin till the main site project is almost complete. We need to get the homepage and newsletter signup active very quickly as she is doing a mailout and wants people to be able to join the newsletter.
