Joomla Developer - Business partner

Ideally I am not looking for freelancers, I am looking for business partners. I am going on holidays so the bid will be open 10 days and I will respond on my return. I have US 2400 in buget available to work on 3 sites. I will be getting more business in the future and I'd prefer to work with a team of, or a single established contact and pay a fair price for good work, as opposed to holding an auction whenever I want something done, so this would be the first in a series of jobs if things work out. I have posted 2 other jobs, both times I found the contractors I awarded the jobs to to be tardy communicators and completely unreliable on timelines. If you do that to me we only work together once. I'm not after the cheapest bid, I'm wanting to pay a fair price for a good job in a relationship that works for both of us and as such can continue into the future. The Jobs Site 1: will require adjusting the CSS on a supplied template with supplied header to match a supplied design Site 2: Will be a development from scratch including e-catalogue with luxury product, small product range and will require a very sophisticated design look Site 3: Site is a site with ecommerce. All projects ready to start in 2 weeks What am I looking for in a business partner? 1. Good design skills. It is important that finished sites look great 2. You must understand and speak english well as I will be supplying detailed functional specifications for you to work from. 3. You must be a good communicator, I will expect to chat with you 2 times a week to monitor progress on the jobs, provide feedback and clarify your questions [login to view URL] must be RELIABLE, ie you must do what you say when you say it.
