wordpress and html page

I need a word press theme and a normal page created. We are an Australian based moving company, and our current site is located here [login to view URL] I want a wordpress theme so it is easy to update content, but I want a normal static html page as I need to have various forms which can be difficult to do with wordpress, so would have these forms on static pages operating outside of wordpress. All content and text will be provided by me, and I am happy for the deisgn to be reasonably simple I would like to think this could be done within a week ## Deliverables To ensure we are clear, I want a new wordpress template designed, for my interstate moving company. In addition the the template i need an HTML version so I can use this in a separate folder on the site. Thanks
