hi there, there's probably a wordpress plugin that does most or all of this.
What i want is a blog page on my wordpress website that picks up selected rss feeds and aggregates them on a selected page on my site. Lets call the selected page "News". I'd like to have the whole article, with images and all, reproduced on my site.
I already have a plugin installed that does much of this see [login to view URL]
you can either edit this code or replace it with a more suitable plugin.
This will take you a faction of the time it would take me. The only real difference is to get it to link to the whole article on my site and have images in the excerpts. I also find the fonts and layout a little colorful and busy.

## Deliverables
Spec;
I have a wordpress website [login to view URL]
Basic
- Install and/or adapt a wordpress plugin of your choice that creates;
- A blog page. The page will be called "News"and will be on the page i choose
- The plugin picks up selected RSS feeds and aggregates the whole article, with images and all, reproduced on my blog page.
- The "news" page should have 20 or so blog posts per page presented as excepts (about 8 to 10 lines long) each with a small image (up to 400 x 400 pxl). - The image is taken from the article. If he article has no image then the excerpt will will have no image too.
- At the top of the escerpt should be the date and article title.
- At the bottom of the full article (not the excerpt) should be the author and their website that the article is taken from with relevant links
- I should be able to edit/delete blog posts in the normal way
- The articles become available as my blog RSS feed, located here; [login to view URL]
- I would like to be able to operate the plugin through the wordpress control pannel.
-Specifically i must be able to delete/edit/add RSS feeds and have a simple way of changing where on the site the blog is positioned.
- an added feature that i'd like is to be able to moderate each post - perhaps they sit as draft posts before i manually publish them.
I like this blog page as an example layout;
[login to view URL]
I currently have a plugin running on my site that may be useful;
[login to view URL]
the plugin home page is;
[login to view URL]
If you make any improvements to any plugin, in the spirit of "open source", i'd appreciate it if you make the code available through the plugin's website.
Thanks
Shane
