Program/Algorithm Writer Needed For Sports Weather Website

I need an algorithm developed for a weather site. The site is for how sports teams (USA NFL Football & Major League Baseball) and players have performed in different weather conditions. Details For Site: Develop a program/algorithm which calculates how a particular team or player performed under different weather conditions. Site is geared toward people who play fantasy baseball or football and want to see how Team/Player X did on a past date. (if unsure about fantasy sports Google Fantasy Football or Baseball) For example...How did the NY Giants play (win or lose) on September __, 2005 or November ___, 1984?? Was it hot, cold, windy, humid etc?? Developer would pull what the weather was that day and if the team won or lost and compile statistics of how that player/team do in different weather conditions.
