Finish up OSCommerce with Multi-Store Admin Script

I need someone to finish up a website that has been started. OSCommerce enabled with Multi-Store mod. The mod is installed and the stores need to be configured. The other stores need to be copied into respective folders. Additionally products need to be added with correct pricing for each store. There is the main store and basically 3 copies for individual countries. Bids over my allocated budget will not be considered. I need this to happen ASAP. Please only bid if you can dedicate yourself to this project. I have been burned by one freelancer and a host melt-down already.
