PHP/OSCommerce PRO only layout and MODS needed!

i have a unique layout that needs to be integrated into osc 2.2... i need layout installed through PHP and not STS or BTS. the index layout is completely rearranged. I also need a couple of contributions installed (http header, ultimated SEO, google xml, [login to view URL]) maybe 1 or 2 more. Need the job quickly.. thank you the picture is the basic layout concept. also will include a product layout design and checkout layout that needs to be integrated
