URGANT - oscommerce mod installed (.sql knowledge needed!)

We need the following mod; [login to view URL] Installed onto our oScommerce site. Normally we would do this ourselves, but one of the first steps in the install instructions call for inputting some .SQL code, which gives us an error. IF YOU DO NOT KNOW ENOUGH ABOUT .SQL TO FIX THIS PROBLEM, PLEASE DO NOT BID. This is an urgent project that we need done in the next few hours really, although by tonight (around 12 - 13 hours time) is as late as we can go. This is literally a 30 minute job for someone who knows what they are doing, so please bid accordingly. We will be choosing a service provider in the next 1 - 2 hours. Good luck! :)
