Zencart webshop - upload from Excel - approx 2000 articles

Hi, I get a daily text file with some 35000 articles - out of them i only need 2000 which are important to me. And now i need the following programming / macro / script in order to upload and update them in my Zencart DB. 1) Macro which article groups can be deleted and what is left 2) Calculate net price + transport fee + handling fee + VAT to get a gross price. Can be done via formula. 3) Any coding language to upload or update (delete, insert, amend product) into Zencart. 4) Download function also from Zencart DB into Excel - for analyses. 5) Automatisation should be as much as possible. 6) Script/Macro should be userfriendly, easy to handly and possible for future changes.
