Setting up magento with a ready to go theme and creating a bunch of attributes - repost

I needed a magento & mysql expert to migrate my current -custom made- online bookstore to magento. But yhe magento team I chose were unable to do it. So now, i only need someone reliable to : 1) Install a magento on my server 2) Install a theme (I bought a theme, ready) 3) Change some colors on the theme (i will send a detailed screenshot of colors, titles etc) 4) Set up the magento with a bunch of different attribute sets for 4 different product types (books, toys, puzzles, dvd) 5) Setting up the payment (one page payment as well) (only credit card & wire transfer) 6) Setting up a couple of new filters in magento theme to sort the products according to some attributes 6) Give me the new db structure so i can get my current db of 3000 products migrated to the new one. Sorry no downpayment at the beginning as i was cheated here before and i really do have trust issues... I need the work done really quick; i know that this job can be done in a day or two I will reward the developer with bonuses as soon as the work is done and i am satisfied. I also have more e-commerce projects that has bigger scope. This first project is to find the right guy to work in serious e-commerce projects. Thanks. ##### UPDATE ##### Hi again. There are a couple of changes in the tasks that i need because the previous developer sent me the customized magento theme files as well.... So here is what i need: 1) Setting up a vps server environment for the site. (The hosting provider we are going to work with will be English in order to understand each other i guess this would be much more better) I think this would be easier for any developer to set it up from the scratch. 2) Install magento w Turkish language pack 3) Install my theme and files that are allready customised 4) Set up the magento with a bunch of different attribute sets for 4 different product types (books, toys, puzzles, dvd) 5) Setting up the payment (one page payment as well) (only credit card & wire transfer) The payment will be credit card (From a Turkish bank) and wire transfer only at this time 6) Setting up a couple of new filters in magento to sort the products according to some attributes 7) Give me the new db structure so i can get my current db of 3000 products migrated to the new one. * * * The most challenging part of this may be: This is a online childrens bookstore so we have to sort the books according to publishers and writers as well. These attributes will be clickable... And also in the admin side that would be great to filter the products by publisher.
