2 Changes to existing Yii framework website

I need to make 2 changes to this website [[login to view URL]][1] This site have a video transcript for every video. In transcript, some of the words are marked which will show a japanese and chinese meaning on mouse over. These terms were uploaded via admin panel. I have attached a screenshot of the Add Terms page. 1: We need an easy way to upload these terms. Like a CSV file or something. 2: Now, if I add japanese and chinese for a new term, if the term was already present in any of the video transcript, then thats not showing up. If I add a term and then upload a new video and its transcript with this term, then its working.I will need a feature to parse all the video transcript to highlight the terms wherever its present already.
