Create a FTP/Ping software for Photo Kiosks

We are after someone to write some software that will pull images from a file on Photo kiosks and then upload them to a ftp server, including possibly a txt file that will give the location and time etc. We then need a second piece of software that will download from the ftp and allow a drag and drop solution to a selectable hot folder, this should be the main management piece. The second piece needs to be able to read the files to view the size and number of prints required. This will specifically be for the Kodak Kiosks but must also incorporate as many other photo Kiosk software solutions possible. We have the ability to test this software in our own photo lab, if required before it is completed. Payment terms will be 25% = Once we see designs and get a run down of how the software will work 50% = Once we see the software and can do basic tests 100% = Once fully completed and we can verify the software is stable and is able to read a min of 4 different types of kiosk software files including Fuji/Kodak
