Photographer booking system

[login to view URL] Booking system URGENTLY needs the following changes/additions: 1. User roles and login functionality - Admin (can hanle everything) - Photographer - Realtor owner - manage employees - manage invoices - manage pricelist - Realtor worker - manage bookings (book photographer) 2. System settings - Use scandinavian date format - no AM, PM etc. First day in month is Monday, last Sunday 2.1 Zones. It must be possible to add zones in the system. A zone is per definition a geographical location (ie. south Stockholm, north Stockholm, City Center etc.). A photographer is connected to one or several zones. A booking user is also connected to one or several zones. These are matched - so booking users only see relevant photographers that are connected to their zones / geographical area. 2.2. Information fields. The information fields must be possible to add new, edit and delete. Also set types (mostly textfield). (this is no. 6 in your XLS file) 3. Calendar - User weekly view with all time slots. Weekly view should be default view. Weekly view should look something like this link (Google translated). 4. Translate all words in language file or in code to Swedish 5. Add some more mail functionality: - Booking confirmation containing contact info & all information collected from all the fields in a nice looking way (HTML mail) is to be sent to Photographer, Booking person & if chosen - the person who owns the house. - A confirmation mail can be sent when all the photos have been approved by the photographer & published in the system. The booking person automaticlu recieves a mail from the system with a direct link to the project. She can choose (if she wants) to send a mail to the person who owns the house. The mail contains a link to the system and all the images of the house are presented in a nice way. This should not demand any login of any kind. Once the house owner has looked at the images, the link is deactivated within 48 hours or something 6. Add extra fields in booking form - such as adress, respinsible realtor, gate code, street, phone numbers, times, additionsl info etc. 7. When a Photographer has finished a job, he enters the system & goes to the booking & uploads all individual images for this job, in HighRes JPEG. All images are stored in original size in the system, but are visible through thumbnail > view web format > download highres image in JPEG or ZIP. It shall also be possible to download All images in a ZIP file. Photographer, uploading images. Once the images have been uploaded, it should look really nice in thumbnail view, something like this. When a user clicks on an image, it should look simular to this - also with all the information entered. Photo Comments. See this link (login as admin/admin first). This is an idea of what the comments system could look like. Important: Comments to/from bookinguser <> photographer is only visible to photographer user & booking user. Comments to/from photographer <> external photo agency is only visible to photographer user & external photo agency. 8. It shall be possible to enter comments for each individual image, ie. 'remove dust from windows', 'remive the cat' If a ZIP is downloaded, this text is attached within a txt file, within the ZIP 9. It shall be possible to, within a booking/ID, re-upload a new ZIP containing new/updated images & new rext feedback in the exact format. This will be done after the asked changes (ie. Remove the dust) has bern done by external company. The responsible photographer goes through the images & secures the quality perfection. Once he thinks it's ok, he clicks button 'Make images available to booking user' = she has access to the booking & all the approved images for 30 days. Make photos available. See no. 2 , point 5.1 - automatic mail is sent when images are approved. 11. remove / disable all social media functionality
