webERP quick order entry page.

This project is a modification over the project webERP. [login to view URL] The developer will have to stick to the coding standard and architecture of the existing project. Please check out the code/application before you bid. I need one php page added to "purchases" tab. The page should do the following: 1. Allow supplier selection. 2. Quick Purchase Order entry /creation. 3. in one click : Print order, receive goods, Post invoice to AP, Effect payment from Bank Account (Cash or Cheque). 4. The quick entry should allow flexibility of : a. Sales Tax amount entry per item. b. Item price entry. c. Choosing type of invoice (PO, Shipments, Contracts, GL, Fixed Assets). d. use the same gettext/language files as in the main application. The whole thing should be in one singe page, not multiple pages opened and closed, and should be a separate option added to purchases tab in the existing application. There will be some tweaks and fixes along the way, but substantially the above should be the bulk of the work.
