we are a a google trusted photographer business who must sell this service to businesses, in order to be able to photograph the google tours.
this is what we and our salespeople currently do:
step 1: salesperson must "claim" business lead in the google provided salesforce account (google required function) *see screen shot for step one
this salesforce account is set up by google, for google's needs. it is not a functional/usable salesforce account for actually managing a lead.
step 2: salesperson must enter all data about a lead's business into "streak" (google chrome CRM plug in). we use streak to manage our leads *see screen shot for step two
step 3: account manager generates a post card advert to the business (we use sendout cards)
step 4: salesperson must create a job ticket (we use trello) for the photoshoot, for us (the photographers) to manage *see screen shot for step three (i mislabeled this step on the screen shot documents as three instead of four)
what we would love to have is one CRM data entry system which we can enter all info/manage everything about a lead. using the info from this one-stop-data-base/CRM, it would automatically do the following:
1. claim the lead in the existing google salesforce account
2. if the appropriate box is checked in this data entry system, then every two weeks the system will automatically reclaim (update) this lead in the salesforce account (the google salesforce account is automatically set up to dump any leads that have not been updated within in a two week period).
3. track all time that is associated with each lead (face to face appointments and time on the phone and non-automated emails)
4. automatically generate the next follow up task for each lead into the salesperson's calendar
5. automatically generate emails with the intro of the email (email intro generated by the salesperson within a field in the data entry system) automatically placed in front of the automated email (multiple emails sourced from another data base which are specific to the type of business that is being targeted) and is sent out at specified intervals.
6. automatically generate a post card advert (multiple post cards in another data base, through "sendout cards" which are specific to the type of businesses that are being targeted)
7. once photoshoot time is agreed upon, emails are automatically generated for business to prepare (emails with attachments).
8. photographer's google calendar is automatically updated with the shoot date and time
9. populate our trello account with a job ticket for the photographers to manage the job being photographed
10. send out an email with the notice of the deliverables/completion of job (emails with a QR code automatically generated as an attachment).
11. automatically send out a thank you post card
12. automatically send a "it's time to renew your tour" email.
we basically want to touch only one data base/CRM system which will automatically complete all tasks needed.
