Fix PHP CIM secure form

We have a form that transmits credit card info to a CIM merchant account. It was working fine until we added security to the page. Now, sometimes it sends the info, sometimes the result is a blank email and no info stored. We need the form and the thank you page to be secure (show security lock on all browsers), but revert to HTTP on the other pages, possibly through .htaccess file.
