Build me a Auction Style Website for Military Surplus Equipment & Vehicles

Howdy y'all, I have my URL name and slowly building my business. I need a decent website that is LIKE eBay for Live Bids, Buy-it-Nows, and have a classified section. I would want to charge people a very low rate and a end of listing fees for using my site. It will ONLY be strictly for Military equipment and surplus stuff. I've been looking into software like eBay and have seen clone type software. But I kind of want to be different then eBay. 1) What I would like is category's like eBay for people to sell their items on my site. Charge them either a Yearly fee for up to a certain amount of items they can sell on my site, and also charge them a % at the end of the auction when it sells. 2) Or maybe something like what eBay does and change a small fee to "list" an item and then charge a small "fee or %" after their item sells. I'm open to ANY ideas to help this site be easy to navigate through and so forth. I would use paypal linked together for the sellers and buyers (or use other means of payment avenues)(they would have their own paypal accounts like eBay to). I would want lots of different category's on my site, and easily add more if needed once the site gets more and more buyers/sellers. Let me know what you can do for me and a cost for start-ups, etc. I would just want a simple website for now maybe, or might as well go all the way depending on price. Thanks Brent
