Build a Wordpress website based on provided PSD. (Dental Clinic)

I am looking for a company and production team who can provide production for a Wordpress website. What it is: It's a Dental Clinic's website consisting of 32 pages total. A Wordpress site. You do not need to do html coding for the content part of inner pages- except those dynamically generated pages. (We will do html coding for the content part.) But, you need to do html coding for the home page. So, your job will be to set up a structure of website based on PSD design files provided by us. Custom post: -Treatment gallery (sort by "treatments" feature) -Media and publications -Links -Faq -Voice (sort by "treatments" feature) -Job Blog: I want to keep the old design for blog. [login to view URL] Contact form: Use Contact Form 7 and add "Contact Form 7 add confirm" plugin. [login to view URL] Please design the confirm view neatly. Gallery (clinic photo gallery. Not "Treatment gallery".) : Use "Responsive Pinterest Grid Gallery WordPress Plugin" [login to view URL] (or if you know a better plugin, please suggest. We will cover the plugin cost.) Site structure comes from this website: [login to view URL] If possible, please use any resource (html base, css, js, etc...) from the model site that you might be able to get. However, inner pages are more normal type layout. Check the page design. ---> [login to view URL] Responsive (adaptive) design for smartphone view (Android, iPhone). For tablets, the layout should be the same as PC view design. (I have not checked [login to view URL] on tablet. Please follow how [login to view URL] is set up.) I will later provide an exact design for smartphone view. (it'll be similar to [login to view URL]) Delivery date: I assume there would be a two phases: 1) html coding (home, site) 2) Wordpress customization Someone who could complete each phases in three days would be nice. I do not think an individual or inexperienced freelancers can manage to do it. Responsive part could come a little later (before maybe 27th) if you consider the whole schedule is really too tight. Please provide a finished/completed product before 10/21 (Tuesday). If you can do even earlier, I could make an arrangement for a bonus (extra fee). But, we'll decide about it in advance. Conditions: You must agree following conditions. You can work on a development server we provide. (if we decided to do so) You report how much work has advanced at the end of each day. Not a "front desk" but YOU can keep "in touch" with me during your business hours. (I am not going to bother you much, but, when something comes up and need to discuss, you should be reachable.)
