Changing theme of my website and integrating payment gateway

Welcome page will be be transferred to new home page of theme. 3. All other pages except instant pay has to be delted and 5 new pages have to be created. 4. The website has to be integrated with payment gateway, currently its there but i thing people are scared to take the project with payment gateway. 5. You have to make it seo optimized, installing all the plugins like easy wp seo, yoast, yaarp, wp socializer etc.... 6. To insert a subscription box which looks good 8. Create twitter and pinterest page and add social buttons 7. There can be other changes alsow hich can take your extra time so decide before you bid.
