Project Description: ( NO TIME WASTERS PLEASE ) I will try to describe what I am looking for, , I am looking for a courier / parcel delivery website to offer customers a chance to purchase courier next day shipping using the UK leading parcel companies or duplicate an existing site with added our features. We require support / integration for UPS, ParcelForce, Yodel, DHL and UKMail back end systems in order to provide a shipping quote, booking and payment of the service they choose. We require a shipping label to then be emailed to the customer and allowed to print out the shipping label via a printer. The Account functions: Needs to be able to allow guest users to get a quote for the service they need. Needs to be able to allow guest users to send parcels - with their collection and delivery address being taken and payment option then labels & invoice displayed after payment cleared and simultaneously emailed. Needs to allow customers to register and then provide same service but also the ability to store previous orders,previous quotes, shipping addresses and payment options. Also the option to save a quote for reference Admin System: Needs to be able to fully accommodate all UK courier companies with the addition of others if need be. Scalable and back end system integration with suppier / courier back end EDI / API SDK kits. The admin should allow all orders to be reported, ips logged and failed orders or quotes. Allow us to submit tickets / claims and handle all customer CRM requirements. Allow us to manually resend a shipping label to the customer if email fails from admin panel. Store all orders, invoices, shipping labels Allow the use of correct VAT process for shipping within the UK, EU or Worldwide. Plus a PHP website including front end to facilitate this.
