Fix WordPress Site

This is an existing WordPress site. We added a Theme and it seemed to get messed up. The project calls for the following: 1) Make pages clean and professional - organized 2) Use existing Plugins and utilize in existing pages 3) Fix the "Members" section to have little round button icons next to items / fix sub-items - instead of the black squares on there now. 4) Fix the "Neighbors Directory" spacing issues / fonts 5) Add Feedburner - or another plugin for Emailing of updates to posts, comments, additions to site 6) Fix RSS button on home page to require login before viewing. 7) On home page - add graphics on header that changes / make it easy in code that we can then change photos 8) Another theme can be added, if the current theme is not compatible with above.
