Group Dining project - PHP / CSS / Experienced Talent

We are looking for a reliable, experienced and talented developer to create a Group Dining website. Website based on a currently existing site that will need to be created based on certain requirements. Must have solid experience and skills in: CSS / PHP / Database / Ecommerce / Online payment / Social Integration Basic Needs: Types of users: User, Merchant, Affiliate, Admin Through the use of merchants, the merchant or admin will have the ability to create "meals" with a set number of seats available at a particular price. Each meal may or may not be based on specific interest groups. Users would also have the ability to create their own meals by choosing a predefined list of merchants. Site must be fully integrated with Facebook. User would have the ability to register themselves on the site with their facebook account and have their information from their facebook profile populated in the site profile. Design: We are looking for a very clean, yet interactive and attractive design. Users would have the ability to post comments and interact with the site. Payment: Paypal integration, Credit card integration both is vital and specifics will be discussed. Charity: Each meal on the site would have the ability to submit a portion of the purchase towards charities. The above are some of the basic features of the site. What we will provide are two different examples A) One example will be of a current site that is successfully running B) Second example will be of a script that we currently have which functions on the most basic level. You will have the option of creating your own script / website or using what we currently have and provide an upgrade, additional functionality and "skinning" or customizing the appearance of the website. Those with experience in sites similar to groupon or daily deal sites would be preferred. However, this is NOT a daily deal site but some concepts can be carried over. Experience and knowledge of the use of social media, most imporantly Facebook, but also Twitter and other social mediums is very important. Integration with Google Maps and also a User friendly mobile site would be important. Please note that final requirements of this project will be discussed with who we feel will meet our needs and will be communicated through freelancer.
