Mailman frontend

No existing frameworks should be used for this project. I need a frontend designed for the mailman mail system using the mailman API. Users will already be logged in via our php login page and will be using that session to access this page. The goal of the system will be to allow a user to subscribe to multiple mailing lists, modify their subscriptions, and view the archives. We will have tens/hundreds of mailing lists that will be sorted by category. A user needs to be able to easily look through the categories or use an html5 search function to find what they need. They will also be able to view previous emails. We will need some way to organize the mailing lists into categories and sub-categories. This is a new system and we do not have any existing mailing lists that must be migrated into the system. Once a user finds the list they want they will be able to pick an email address from a list or add a new one, with which to subscribe. It should then subscribe them without requiring a confirmation. Users will also need a page to show their current subscriptions that will let them remove, modify the email address, or view the archives. There will also be a management page that shows the number of users subscribed to each list. We will be able to click further to show the users subscribed to the list.
