New web site for IT consultancy company

We are in IT consultancy company and are looking at updating our current web site. If you go to [login to view URL] you will see what we currently have. We are happy with the content as such but want a better look and feel. We have found a web template that we are happy to pay for but we will need someone to make the necessary changes. The site we like is found at. [login to view URL] This is just a suggested look and feel. If you have other suggestions please submit the URLS with your bid. We will require the suscessfull developer to implement a CMS to this site so we can update information ourselves. We also require the person to know about SEO when making the necessary changes.
