Currently we have a Web site (iPage is the host) which shall be used as the basis of this development with a login/password interface The site must have 6 basic modules : 1.- External Site - ( public access with no restrictions - already available ) Ref: [login to view URL] 2.- People Module (access restricted) - The capacity to maintain and manage Employee, Contractor and Customer data 3.- Calendar Module (access restricted) - The capacity to schedule Customer appointments with specific Therapist or Diagnostics Professional (connected with the People Module) - A friendly interface to easily allocate appointments based on Therapist and Diagnostics Professional availability is required 4.- Report and Invoicing Module (access restricted) - The capacity to upload and customise Diagnostic and Therapy progress reports 5.- Administration (access restricted)- Basic site control (trusties, access, customisation, etc) financial and accounting module 6 .- Dashboard Module (access restricted) - The capacity to see in a single screen the fundamental metrics of the business. Interface Expectations A.- Accessible through apple, PC, mobile phone and tablets B.- Customisable Trusties to differentiate access permissions (administrator rights / customer rights / employee rights) C.- Access to employees and customers (Report Site) with customer specific login and password to read appointments and reports. Allow employees to log on to this website and review his/her appointments and edit their reports D.- The site needs to look professional and appealing, use current organisation web site as reference for fonts, looks and structure ( [login to view URL] ) E.- Upon completion of any job, send the associated request back to the manager for closing and balancing receivables and payments. F.- Forms customization: In order to present friendly user interface, information presentation shall be customized to the most convenient way for easy access. G.- Email notification: Actions shall be available to trigger email notification upon request.
