WORDPRESS WEB DEVELOPMENT

I am looking for a CUSTOM Wordpress website about (10 pages) to be designed based on the attached mock up. I have a very clear idea of what I want and what it will look like and how it will function. I am a designer/developer myself and have to many projects at the moment. Some om my key requirements are as follows: • Must maintain ALL native Wordpress usability, for one example backgrounds and headers should be easily editable just like in the native Wordpress themes, menus should be just as easily editable using dashboard. • It MUST be able to be updated with no loss of style or data (in other words use a CHILD THEME). I will test this before payment by updating the version of Wordpress. • Good high quality coding practices. I want clean well documented code with little or NO inline styling. • 24 hour turnaround on edits or fixes. I do not expect magic however I do demand constant contact with me explaining a fix or edit that will take longer than planned. • Deliver on time. My general timeline is about 4 weeks give or take. I want an HONEST TIMELINE from you for getting this completed. • Daily update (excluding weekends). As simple as an email as to where you are on the project will usually do however I may want to live chat via Google or Skype. • Quality control before submitted to me for review. Please understand the basics of web design. If I provide you with a mock up of the homepage, every page should have the same look and feel, the same buttons, same effects to buttons, forms etc . . . Unfortunately I have had other teams that seem to not understand the idea that a site must have continuity throughout. • Lastly, good SEO characteristics. Simple things like only ONE to be used on a page and clear hierarchy for linking I ONLY use overseas development teams, so I am very familiar with how well this works for both parties. I am looking to add another permanent team to my developers. I usually do about 4 sites/month (maybe more if I find a quality team). Please be honest in all you do, give me honest deadlines, honest capabilities of your team, and honest work. If you can do all of these I will reward you above and beyond the bid. I also have references of the overseas teams I currently use in Bangalore India. The attached mock up is a mix of three sites. Please submit your best price for consideration.
