Email Marketing Software in Visual C# 2008

This bid is for an email marketing software to be written in Microsoft Visual C# 2008 using .NET 3.5 & WindowsForms. The application would use the Telerik RadControls for WinForms ([login to view URL]) for the user interface and Chilkat .NET email components ([login to view URL]) for sending email. A good example of the application I need are: 1. [login to view URL] This program should have a unique user intuitive interface.
