A PHP script generates a text log on a PHP Apache Linux webserver every second. When writing to log, data should be encrypted before writing. Server supports mcrypt if you prefer this method. File is renamed and downloaded to a Windows system once per day (100MB). This downloaded file on Windows needs decryption (preferably exe rather than php used for decryption). Ideally it should be public/private key to avoid using same password, or perhaps encrypting php code if this helps hide the password on the web server.
